The ISIMET commercial kitchen gas controller (KLA) helps prevent gas explosions in commercial kitchens. It includes a Fuel Gas Sensor that detects natural gas leaks and disables gas if a leak is detected. Plus the Fan Interlock prevents gas from flowing if the exhaust fan is off. Additionally, it can interface with carbon monoxide detectors. The optional Gas Pressure Transmitter performs a gas pressure stability test prior to initialization of gas and disables gas if the test fails or a leak is detected. The programmable timer automatically turns of gas during non-business hours. The KLA helps prevent costly fire suppression systems from activating by preventing fires/explosions.
